We aim to have your orders dispatched from our facility within 1-6 business days.
However, we seek your kind understanding to bear with us in case we are spending extra time in quality checking / perfecting your items, particularly during peak seasons around the end of the year or unforeseen weather conditions for our deliverymen.
In certain cases, do expect deliveries to arrive within/no longer than 14-21 days.
Furthermore, there will be chances that the items that you ordered may run out of stocks. We always do our best to avoid this from happening and if items you've ordered do not get delivered to you, be assured that we will honour a full refund to you. We will definitely try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.
